Batting differs from pin roving in that it is processed into thick sheets/batts rather than thin linear lengths.  We have washed and carded our batts at home on the farm using a drum carder, and are pleased to offer a selection of natural colors from our multi-colored flock.  Our home-processed roving may contain small amounts of hay chaff but are very clean and a delight to handle.
 
Roving is suitable for spinning or other fiber projects including felting.  It may also be dyed at any point in your project.  Our fibers are all-natural and undyed.
